I received an e-mail from Kanani's orphanage. I have to thank my friend and china contact for this. He contacted the orphanage to get updated information for me. In turn, he sent me the orphanage e-mail address.
I received an e-mail from them and they are so happy to find out that Xin Huazhen has a family. They assured me that they will start preparing her for adoption.
They have been informed that I will be sending her a package......that's my current project.
This is our journey to Ming and Kanani Minyi residing in Xinjiang province.
I'm doing my part to work on the "Coming Home" package...I just got a job working at a hobby/craft/art store (drum roll, please) in the fabric department. We're going to have our pick of color choices for the quilt. :-D Yeah!!
